ABOUT THIS COURSE

This course was created to upskill anyone interested in managing any crisis. The goal of this course is not for you to have a response for every crisis but to navigate it effectively by understanding the human impacts during a crisis. The belief is that to manage a crisis, one needs to understand the behaviors of people in it. With that, one will be in a better position to cope with any kind of crisis.
