Value-Based Leadership During Disruptions

ABOUT THIS COURSE

Breakthrough and innovative ideas must coalesce into a strategic project that can be implemented. Otherwise, the good ideas remain as academic possibilities. Execution is the ability to take effective action to turn ideas into a strategic project that is effectively implemented to achieve the desired outcomes.

As part of our special edition series, we continue to follow another prominent Asian leader Tanri Abeng, whom Dr. John Ng interviewed for his book, Heart to Heart: Crisis, Character & Comeback.

Despite a world full of distractions, Tanri imparts his best life lessons through his stories. Many times there were many different ideas and philosophies that attempted to steer him from being a leader with values but these values he held on to made a difference in how he faced adversities that came his way.
