Former Dean of Nanyang Business School, Nanyang Technological University

Professor Neo Boon Siong was the CANON Endowed Chair Professor of Business and twice served as Dean of the Nanyang Business School at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore. He is a Director on the Boards of Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Ltd and Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd and the Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Singapore Navigators.
He was previously also the Chairman of k1 Ventures Ltd. He serves as a non-executive Director on the Boards of OCBC Bank, Great Eastern Life Insurance, Great Eastern Holdings Ltd, Overseas Assurance Corp Ltd, OUE Hospitality Trust Ltd, Keppel Offshore and Marine Ltd, GRP Ltd, Informatics Holding Ltd, National Computer Systems Pte Ltd, Keppel’s K1 eBiz Pte Ltd, J Lauritzen Singapore, Public Accountants Board, Securities Industry Council, Income Tax Review Board, Goods and Services Tax Review Board, Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore, and the Nanyang Technological University Council.

Lawrence Leong served in the Singapore Armed Forces for 30 years. Before retiring as a Brigadier General, he was Commander of the Training and Doctrine Command and Military Adviser to the Permanent Mission of Singapore to the United Nations. He joined the Singapore Tourism Board as Project Director for the world’s inaugural Formula One Night race.
Lawrence formerly headed the project team to rejuvenate the Singapore Mandai nature and wildlife precinct. He is an active social work volunteer and a trainer for the Eagles Emerging Leaders Development Programme.
