Dr Dato Kim Tan

Dr. Dato Kim Tan, is a successful biotech entrepreneur and global social impact pioneer. Kim grew up in Malaysia, lives in the UK, and travels around the world, particularly to investment projects throughout Africa and Asia.

Kim is the Chairman of Springhill Management (UK), a fund management company specializing in biotech and social impact investments. He is a partner of a number of social impact funds including Novastar Ventures (Kenya), Inqo Investments (South Africa), and Garden Impact (Singapore). He is the co-founder of the Transformational Business Network and the inventor of sheep monoclonal antibodies. He is also an advisor of Board of PovertyCure, the John Templeton Foundation and J&J Citizenship Trust. Dato Kim is a board member to University of Surrey (UK), the APEC Life Science Innovation Forum, the Centre for Enterprise, Markets & Ethics (Oxford) and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine (UK).
