About Me
Cynthia retired from OCBC Bank in July 2015 after 16 years as the Executive Vice President, Head of Group Human Resources. During her tenure she instituted several innovative human resource programs, some of which were “firsts” for local banks and are still entrenched within the bank’s culture.
Prior to her career with OCBC, she headed the Human Resource function for the LVMH/Duty Free group in Singapore and spent 10 years as the Head of HR for iconic Apple Computer Singapore.
Cynthia holds an MBA from University of Hull UK, is a trained Diversity practitioner from Cornell University and a trained Executive Coach from Columbia University.
She is currently an advisor for SMEs, serves on the boards of non-profit organizations and is the Patron of the Youth Council for the Singapore Institute of Human Resources.
