Now well-known as Chef Benny, he was the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer at Eighteen Chefs, where he was committed to hiring ex-offenders and youths-at-risk. Under Benny’s notable leadership, Eighteen Chefs was awarded the Best Western Chain Restaurant and Best of the Best Chain Restaurant in 2015 by RAS-Epicurean Award.
