ABOUT THIS COURSE
In this course leaders are taught how to challenge assumptions on the boundaries that govern how we work and do things – to challenge their team to innovate and collaborate. We often live and work within boundaries, including the physical boundaries of our homes and national borders, as well as the invisible boundaries that define our areas of responsibility, our domains, our culture, our social groups, our professions, and our business organizations. While boundaries are necessary and useful, they often lock us into old ways of doing and thinking?
Here are the learning outcomes you can expect at the end of the course:
- ability to think, work and lead across organizational boundaries
- expand networks and build knowledge
- reduce costs and refine business processes
- acquire the confidence and agility to innovate and collaborate to achieve breakthroughs
