About Me
Prof Neo is an aviator who received the Pilot Flying License (PPL) before 20 years old. He has designed avionics systems for military aircraft.
Being an engineer, educator and entrepreneur, Prof NEO has successfully launched DeepTech ventures in MedTech, Fintech, GreenTech and Electronics. He has raised more than $20M funding and built companies to more than US$100 million valuation, and has worked in Silicon Valley and Shanghai.
He is an adjunct professor with NUS Business, NUS Engineering and NUS Enterprise; and has been on the faculties of Harvard, Stanford, Tsinghua and the Indian School of Business on the subject of innovation. He has received the President’s Design Award, the Honorary Fellowship of ASEAN Federation of Engineering Organizations, and the US Veterans’ Affairs Innovation Initiative (VAi2) Award.
