ABOUT THIS COURSE

Life is fraught with ups and downs, successes and failures, ease and hardship. The current COVID-19 pandemic has led to many disruptions, including unemployment, loss of financial security, health issues, and social unrest.

These are major problems with the population as a whole, but they are acute among vulnerable communities such as the lower-income families, disabled, ex-offenders and their families, as well as the families of those who are still incarcerated.

These groups face stigma, discrimination, lack of and removal of opportunities for employment, education, and other opportunities to improve their lives financially and socially.

Use these insights to help you be an agent of change to empower vulnerable communities to overcome and rise above their difficulties!
