Career Transitions for Senior Management

Today, work-life has changed. The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence, speed of technological change and digitalization of almost everything, and the instantaneous sharing of information have all significantly altered the concept of work. Old ways of work have to be evaluated. Many traditional jobs will be obsolete. At the same time, new expectations of work-life balance, immediate gratification of rewards and individual rights have permeated society.

There are many, who because of the lack of preparedness, may ask if life has become meaningless. They worry if they will be handled with compassion by their employers, or are left to fend for themselves. With longer life expectancy, how can they cope? Unless handled with sensitivity, there could be resentment, disappointment, frustration, or loss of self-esteem and interest in life.

As a result, in the midst of all these changes, they feel unprepared, concerned, complacent, or even depressed.

In this course, you will be introduced to New North Coaching, an individualized coaching designed to help you deal with your transition from a corporate environment of “senior management/executive” to one of selecting options that will enable you to continue leading a meaningful life.
